Marlborough, MA- The GBL Boston Jr. Bruins 16-and-under team fell 6-2 to Top Gun on Sunday afternoon.

Top Gun got on the board first when they scored with 8:14 to go into the opening period.

Another goal with 9:07 left in the second put the 16U's down by two.

Top Gun then rattled off two goals in 26 seconds to put the 16U's down by four.

The third period started with another Top Gun goal 2:22 into the final frame and another one with just over nine minutes remaining put the 16U's down 6-0.

Max Sullivan put the 16U's on the board when he scored from Nolan O'Sullivan with 4:53 to go.

Ryan Callahan rounded out the scoring with 34 seconds left. Max Ryan and Michael Doe received assists on the play.

The 16U's get back in action on Saturday when they travel to Bedford, MA, for a matchup with the East Coast Wizards at the Edge Sports Center at 4:00 PM.
